Hardin-Kendrick

Sarah Hardin and Michael Kendrick announce their engagement.

Miss Hardin is the daughter of Roy and Laura Funk of Hagerstown, and Michael Hardin of Willimantic Conn. She is a 2004 graduate of Williamsport High School and a 2008 graduate of Shepherd University with a bachelor's degree in social work. She is employed with United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland as a social worker.

Mr. Kendrick is the son of Debra and Michael Kendrick of Hagerstown. He is a 2003 graduate of Washington County Technical High School. He is employed as a Maryland state inspector for Hagerstown Kia.

A Sept. 4, 2010, wedding is planned, at Grace United Methodist Church. A reception is planned at Beaver Creek Country Club.
