Mummert-Rand

Jeff and Sally Mummert of Williamsport announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Mummert to Daniel Rand.

Miss Mummert is a 2004 graduate of Williamsport High School and a 2008 graduate of Frostburg State University with a degree in business administration/marketing. She is employed as the marketing director for the Mid-Maryland Musculoskeletal Institute (MMI) in Frederick, Md.

Mr. Rand is the son of Bill and Jackie Rand of Hagerstown. He is a 2001 graduate of Williamsport High School. He is employed as a service technician at MTS Equipment in Winchester, Va.

An Aug. 21, 2010, wedding is planned.
