Carter-Mulieri

Melissa Carter and Vincent Mulieri announce their engagement.

Miss Carter is the daughter of Robert and Carolyn Carter of Waldorf, Md. She is a graduate of McDaniel College, and is a third-grade teacher in Harford County, Md.

Mr. Mulieri is the son of Tony and Linda Mulieri of Hagerstown. He is a 2000 graduate of North Hagerstown High School, and a graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh. He is a chef at Alonso's restaurant in Baltimore.

A July 2, 2010, wedding is planned.
