Kathryn Wagner and Joshua Vogel announce their engagement.

Ms. Wagner is the daughter of Angela and Darren Covington along with Randy and Teresa Wagner of Hagerstown. She is a 2006 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and 2010 graduate of Stevenson University Baltimore. She is employed as a marketing coordinator with Agora Financial and a bartender with Bahama Breeze, both in Baltimore.

Mr. Vogel is the son of Carl and Robin Vogel of Hagerstown. He is a 2006 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and 2010 graduate of Stevenson University Baltimore. He attends University of Maryland School of Medicine physical therapy program in Baltimore.

A 2012 wedding is planned.
