Mark and Lori Smith of Boonsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandi, to Cody Brown, son of Randy Brown of Clear Spring and Denise Artz of Hagerstown.

Ms. Smith is a groomer at L&L Pawsabilities Pet Salon in Hagerstown. Shei is also a licensed cosmetologist.

Mr. Brown is employed at Fed Ex and The Greene Turtle, both in Hagerstown.

A 2012 wedding is planned.
