Jennifer Mauree Smith and Joshua David Shinham announce their engagement.

Miss Smith is the daughter of Jeff and Debbie Smith of Williamsport. She is a graduate of Williamsport High School and Hagerstown Community College with a degree in business administration. She is employed as vice president for The Storage Bin and Maryland Muscle Car in Hagerstown.

Mr. Shinham is the son of Dave and Fannie Shinham of Hagerstown. He is a graduate of Clear Spring High School. He is employed with Myers Building Systems in Clear Spring.

A September 2010 wedding is planned at Green Grove Gardens in Greencastle, Pa.
