Linda Kay Vaughn and Samuel Claude Hunter were married Aug. 15, 2009, at Pen Mar Park in Pen Mar.

The bride is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Collins of Smithsburg. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hunter of Stoneboro, Pa.

The bridegroom is a 1963 graduate of Lakeview High School and a 1967 graduate of Penn State. He is a self-employed farmer in Ringgold and owner of SCH Polled Hereford.

The bride attended Smithsburg High School. She is a self-employed home health aide in Hagerstown.

They live in Ringgold.
